Uniworld Appoints New Sales Managers

(LOS ANGELES, CA)—Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection is pleased to announce the appointment of two new Sales Managers to the Uniworld sales team: Nicole Hunter and Mark Dzerowycz.  Hunter will cover ten states in Uniworld’s new Rocky Mountain territory, including Colorado, while Dzerowycz will cover eastern Canada. They bring with them a combined total of over 40 years of experience in the travel industry. Both Sales Managers will report directly to Jennifer McLeod, Uniworld’s Director of Field Sales.

Prior to joining Uniworld, Hunter worked for a number of travel companies, including Pleasant Holidays, Globus and Cosmos, and Polk Travel. Hunter gained experience within the river cruising segment while working for Globus and Cosmos; she was initially hired as an Inside Sales Representative for Illinois and Wisconsin, but was soon overseeing national and key accounts. In a short time, she was promoted to Business Development Manager for Associations and Organizations, and then to Outside Business Development Manager for the Direct Group Channel.

As a Business Development Manager for Princess Cruises and Cunard Line, Dzerowycz spent nine years developing and implementing strategic sales plans for both organizations. Before that, he served as a District Sales Manager for Princess for eight years, where his many duties included developing and administering marketing programs, coordinating educational and training programs, and servicing individual and national accounts.

“We are very excited to welcome Nicole and Mark to the Uniworld family,” said Guy Young, president of Uniworld. “Their extensive experience within the travel industry will be a valuable asset for our sales team, and I look forward to the insights and knowledge they will provide.”
