Hello and thanks for the message --
The suites on the River Victoria will not have complimentary room service available.
Here is a list of amenities on the River Victoria in Russia:
Stateroom and suite amenities include: individual climate-control thermostat, telephone, and flat-screen TV with satellite. The bathroom has high quality bath and body products.
Public areas include: Chagall Lounge with full-service bar and dance floor, Katarina Bar with outdoor patio, Pushkin Restaurant with panoramic views, sun deck patio with lounge chairs, fitness room, massage room, boutique, Internet corner, library/reading room, and elevator
Additional ship amenities: 24-hour reception service, complimentary 24-hour specialty coffee and tea bar, doctor onboard, and wireless Internet access in public areas
Note: While the River Victoria is one of the best ships to sail the Volga River, she may not have all the same amenities as a Uniworld company-owned ship.

Hello,

I apologize not answering your questions as efficiently and appropriately as possible.

Question: "I am not staying on a suite, but on room same level as the reception area.(staring with a 20...?will it be noisy,"

Answer: It is difficult to determine noise level since it is so subjective. There should not be too much foot traffic or noise being on the reception level. When the ship goes through locks, there may be some noise but again its to subjective to a person's individual noise tolerance.

Question: What will be the amenities for lower level rooms?

Answer: The amenities for the lower rooms are the same for the suite amenities.

Stateroom and suite amenities include: individual climate-control thermostat, telephone, and flat-screen TV with satellite. The bathroom has high quality bath and body products.

Public areas include: Chagall Lounge with full-service bar and dance floor, Katarina Bar with outdoor patio, Pushkin Restaurant with panoramic views, sun deck patio with lounge chairs, fitness room, massage room, boutique, Internet corner, library/reading room, and elevator
Additional ship amenities: 24-hour reception service, complimentary 24-hour specialty coffee and tea bar, doctor onboard, and wireless Internet access in public areas.Note: While the River Victoria is one of the best ships to sail the Volga River, she may not have all the same amenities as a Uniworld company-owned ship.

Question: "also what amenities are in our room. Do we get TV, thermostat control and

Answer: All staterooms have the same amenities. Yes, will have a flat-screen TV complete with an infotainment center and satellite service. You will have an individual thermostat in your stateroom and be able to personally control the premature of the room.

Other amenities include: Chagall Lounge with full-service bar and dance floor, Katarina Bar with outdoor patio, Pushkin Restaurant with panoramic views, sun deck patio with lounge chairs, fitness room, massage room, boutique, Internet corner, library/reading room, and elevator Additional ship amenities: 24-hour reception service, complimentary 24-hour specialty coffee and tea bar, doctor onboard, and wireless Internet access in public areas

Question: "do we have a large window, I know we do not get a balcony? "

Answer: As you are in a Category 5 cabin, you will have a large picture window (that does not open).

Question: "Is it generally cold in the dinning room in September or in the rooms?"

Answer: The dining room is kept at a comfortable temperature as well, not too cold. Should you have any problems with the temperature in the dining room, the cruise staff will be happy to adjust.

I hope this answers your questions more accurately. I do apologize again for any confusion. Should you have more questions or require any additional assistance, please email customerservice@uniworld.com
