If I am allergic to feather pillows how do I make sure we get foam pillows?

I have the same problem. I just indicated my allergies on the "Before You Go" registration form that I emailed back to them. I believe you can edit your form once completed if necessary.

Hello,

Thank you for your post. Guests may, upon their arrival, select which pillows they wouldlike. In fact, there is a pillow menu that will be given to upon your arrival. Guests may also just alert their travel agent, who can call our Guest Relations staff to make a note of the allergy in your booking ahead of time.
I forwarded the allergy information to our Guest Relations staff so the information is now in your booking so our staff on the ship will know ahead of time.

Also, please find below an example of the pillow options on the pillow menu.

Down feather softpillow
Supreme fibercomfort pillow
Neck support pillow
Neck soft cushion
Lumbar supporting cushion

Thank you for your post and for letting us know you are allergic to feather pillows. I have informed our Guest Services team who have made a note of the allergy in your booking. In the post above, you will find the pillow menu which is presented to you once you arrive onboard the ship. You will find the alternative choices for feather pillows above.
